I only need the vehicle for 1-2 hours so why am I being charged a 4-5 hour minimum?
Four hour minimums are standard in the limo industry. It allows us to avoid split orders where your limo could be booked for other jobs in between your reservation. The minimum ensures that you will have your vehicle available when you need it.
Why am I being charged for time that I’m not in the vehicle?
A limousine rental is similar to a hotel stay. Although you may not spend every minute in your room, you are charged for the entire day. Similarly, we require you to pay for the time you are not using the vehicle since it cannot be used for any other service
When should I book your vehicle?
The earlier you book, the more likely it is that we will have availability and preference for your required timings. At a minimum, we suggest that you book at least 15-30 days before your event.
Which method of payment do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards for the initial deposit. We do not accept any personal checks. The entire payment is due when the vehicle arrives at the pick-up location. The job will not commence until payment is made in full.
What comes with the vehicle?
For your convenience, we provide bottled water, cups and trash bags. All vehicles come equipped with an aux cable for streaming music. Finally, our vehicles are chauffeured by a professional driver (for more information please see our driver screening section under Rental Guide).
Do you provide food?
We do not provide any food. You are allowed to bring your own food. We only ask that you clean up and remove all trash before the end of your event.
Do you provide alcohol?
We do not provide any alcohol. You are allowed to bring your own alcohol. We only ask that you clean up and remove all trash before the end of your event.
Can we bring food on the bus?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food. We only ask that you clean up and remove all trash before the end of your event.
Can I obtain a receipt for my charge?
Yes. A receipt is generated on the day of the charge and will be emailed to you.
Can I smoke in the vehicle?
No smoking is allowed on the bus. It creates a fire hazard and safety issues for all passengers and the driver.
How do I make a reservation?
You can call our office at 443-406-6677 in order to make the reservation.
Do you just do pick-ups and drop-offs?
Because of driver availability and scheduling conflicts with other reservations, we are not able to rent vehicles simply for pick-ups and drop-offs. Therefore, we will charge you for the entire duration that you need the vehicle.
How much deposit do you require to reserve the vehicle?
At a minimum, we require a minimum of a $200 non-refundable deposit in order to reserve the vehicle (please see our terms and conditions for more information on the deposit terms). However, we may require a larger amount for the deposit depending on the total price of the event.
